- With laser, we cut aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, and brass.
- With water jet, we cut glass, marble, granite, cantera stone, aluminum, stainless steel, D2, Hardox, brass, copper, UHMW, nylon, acrylic, polycarbonate.
- Laser cutting allows optimal material usage, as the distance between pieces can be only a few millimeters.
- The precision is +/- 0.05 mm.
- The cutting costs are much lower compared to other manufacturing systems like machining.
- Water jet cutting, being a cold process, does not cause deformation in the material due to heating and does not alter its physical properties.

- We have the capability to bend up to 6 meters in length; however, the bending capacity depends on the type of material, thickness, and tooling, so it is important to provide us with the drawing of the part for review.
- Delivery times depend on the volume of pieces requested and the processes each piece requires. Once your project is quoted, we can offer you a manufacturing time.
- Our production mainly focuses on high production volumes; however, we also provide services for unique pieces and prototypes.
- We have our own QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. We control documents and inspections through our database and use tools such as flow diagrams, dimensional reports, and material quality certificates, among others.
